Baby did a bad bad thing!

Confession Time - I didn't track, I didn't exercise and I put on the kilo that it took me four weeks to lose ;-(

Here are the reasons - my back is screwed, the early part of the week saw me in excrutiating pain because I have a twisted pelvis and twisted vertebrae (which are being treated), I felt completely off kilter and didn't do any planning. Also my future mother in law was staying and she had to test out the kitchen by cooking us lovely comfort food!

Anyway I'm back on track and mostly pain free, so have my menu and exercise plan sorted already.

Exercise plan is as follows:

Today - Pilates (I need some core strength)
Sunday - Walk or cycle
Monday - Body Balance (more core strength and stretching)
Tuesday - Remedial Massage
Wednesday - Walk 6.5 kms
Thursday - Walk 6.5 kms
Friday - Body Balance

I'm confident that all the exercise and a clear eating plan will see me lose it quickly! And if I do I think I need a little reward! Maybe an Outrageous Fortune DVD or new motivational book!

Honesty plus a plan you can stick to = next week will be a good week. xx

Doesn't it suck how long it takes to get the weight off and how quickly it comes back on?

Hope this week is better for you.

Stick to your plan and you can easily lose it all again next week. IF we ever get to goal, it's going to be so HARD to keep it all off - it comes back so darned easily.

Core strengthening will do a lot of good for the back :)

BTW I'm a new follower here!

Thanks guys, I agree - I have the plan so there is no reason that I shouldn't be able to recover that loss this week!

You have had a rough week and injuries that were out of your control so dont be too herd on yourself. I hope you stay pain free. And I say yes to rewarding yourself if you can stick to your plan x
