Tomorrow is weigh in day and I have to say I am feeling quietly confident and do you want to know why?
Because I have been doing everything right!
I've stuck to my exercise plan - and actually snuck in a bit more during lunch breaks and by doing some extra housework (crazy I know!)
I've stuck to my points for the week - actually I've gone slightly less with 22 out of 24 - to leave myself some wiggle room in case I need it!
I've planned ahead and not snuck anything extra in!
Best and hardest of all - I've not even had one sip of alcohol! (How long can it last?)
Weight loss gods - I'm in your hands now!!
PS - people are starting to notice ;-)
